A Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB)

Williams-Sterling, Inc. ("WSI") is a minority/service disabled veteran-owned and certified business enterprise. We provide complimentary business lines to government and industry by creating a specialized niche for our clients in federal marketplace mandated by Executive Order and secured by Public Law. Our business model is structured via Executive Orders that restrict competition and emphasize the need to significantly increase the number of prime contracts and subcontracts awarded to SDVOSB’s.

President Bush in 2004 signed Executive Orders that were exclusive to the Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. President Obama signed an executive order April 26, 2010, that specifically require Heads of Agencies to significantly increase the number of prime contracts and subcontracts awarded to Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and directs Federal agencies to develop
strategies for implementing the policies set forth in the Order. And in 2016 a resounding victory for the SDVOSB. Supreme Court Justice Thomas, delivered the opinion of the Court ruling that concluded certain Departments "shall award"  contracts to veteran-owned small businesses when there is a "reasonable expectation" that two or more such businesses will bid for the contract at "a fair and reasonable price that offers best value to the United States."
